Introducing the New Session Planner
Introducing the New Session Planner
Every teammanager knows the struggle - the massive effort it takes to fill evening sessions with friendly matches. In countless Discord channels, teams post their available time slots, hoping for responses from other clubs also looking to schedule test matches. But is the slot still open? Is the request still current? What follows is a series of direct messages - ideally leading to a quick agreement. In reality, however, things rarely go smoothly and the back-and-forth can drag on.
Teams organize matches across various platforms - constantly updating schedules, sending confirmations and keeping everything in check - often while juggling responsibilities outside of virtual football.
With the release of the new ProLeague, this time-consuming process is a thing of the past. The focus shifts away from the administrative hassle and back to what truly excites us - the matches themselves.
The new Session Planner allows each team to enter when they train and how often they are looking for friendlies. If another team is active at the same time, they can view the available time slots and send a match invitation. The invited team can accept or decline - simply and directly. Once a time slot is taken, it is automatically blocked from further requests.
This means entire evenings can be planned without the need for lengthy conversations. Requests via Discord or WhatsApp are no longer necessary. The entire process is handled through one central platform. It saves time and ensures that more of the Pro Clubs routine is managed efficiently and in one place.
Look forward to the launch of the new ProLeague and the Session Planner on August 13th. Follow ProLeague on Discord and on social media for exclusive early insights into the new platform. Welcome to the future of Pro Clubs!
