The ProLeague Staff Reflects on the New Platform
After an intensive development period, it is now official: on August 13, a new chapter begins for ProLeague. The platform has been fundamentally redesigned. With a fresh look, full mobile compatibility, and numerous new features, it now aligns more closely with the community’s needs than ever before.
The clear focus is on simplifying everyday processes in digital club management. Tasks that were previously time-consuming or dependent on external tools are now integrated directly into the platform. The goal is to reduce the organizational effort around matchdays so that the true centrepiece of Pro Clubs can return to the forefront: the game itself.
Within the admin team, the new platform has created a tangible sense of excitement. Marcel “Fitzo” Fitzek, Head Admin of ProLeague, sees the new platform as the start of a long-term development process. For him, the launch not only introduces new features but also sets a new standard for the project itself: ProLeague is meant to be more than just a platform - it aims to become a true home for clubs, providing space for shared growth and continuous innovation. At the same time, he points out that not everything will remain the same - some familiar elements will give way to make room for new possibilities.
Musti (“KingGodfather55”), team leader of the moderation team, emphasizes the clear user guidance and the modern interface. From his perspective, everyday club work will be noticeably easier thanks to a smoother website, improved clarity, and smart features like the new attendance management system.
For Torben (“Sherloq”), it is less about the technology itself and more about the potential it unlocks. At last, paths that have long been planned but technically impossible before can now be pursued. He stresses that it is crucial this path is taken together with the community. User feedback is not only welcome but actively integrated into the platform’s ongoing development. For him, the relaunch is not a conclusion but the beginning of a process that will make ProLeague bigger than ever.
A particularly significant advancement is seen in data management. Santo (“Vinsanity087”), Head Admin of ProLeague Italy, is especially excited about the new possibilities surrounding statistics. For him, it is clear: anyone who loves numbers will be well served by the new ProLeague.
Much has also changed behind the scenes. All databases have been migrated to the new infrastructure, the admin panel has been extensively overhauled, and the technical foundation completely rebuilt. This not only opens new possibilities but also lays the groundwork for continuous, modular development.
With August 13, the starting signal has been given. But the journey has only just begun.
