An opportunity for community builders and organizers
This role is designed for people who dream of shaping competitive Pro Clubs at a national level and who are prepared to invest energy and consistency into building something that lasts beyond a single season.
You do not need prior league management experience to be considered; what matters most is sustained commitment, clear and reliable communication and a demonstrated capacity to engage and grow an online gaming community.
We expect our Region Leaders to act as local stewards of the competition while remaining part of an international network that provides both strategic support and operational infrastructure.
What we provide so you can focus on growth
You will not be required to invent every system or resource because we supply a complete, ready to use league platform that includes match statistics, match reports, player profiles, fixtures and standings, together with an out of the box Discord infrastructure to host and manage your community.
We will hand you professionally designed branding and social media graphics along with competition formats and rulebooks that are ready for immediate application. Top teams will be able to qualify for international tournaments that bring cross border competition and visibility and our experienced international team will provide ongoing operational support, platform development and new feature rollouts.
In addition we will actively assist with social media promotion on both X and Instagram so that you can concentrate on community building while we provide the technological and promotional backbone.
A clear, scalable competition model
To give new national competitions structure from day one we suggest a tiered league system built to grow as interest and membership increase. The model begins with a first division of sixteen teams and a second division of the same size, with the flexibility to add further subdivisions such as parallel second tier groups or lower level divisions as the community expands.
A national cup is included at no charge and is designed to allow up to sixty four teams to take part, which creates opportunities for clubs of many sizes to compete and to aspire to international qualification in future seasons.
Compensation during the testing phase and rewards for growth
For the initial season, which functions as a testing phase, Region Leaders receive a fixed payment of one hundred euros per month and an additional completion bonus of one hundred euros upon successfully finishing the season; with a typical three month season this results in three hundred euros of fixed payments plus the one hundred euro completion bonus, totaling four hundred euros for the season.
Beyond this starter compensation we have designed growth rewards to incentivize long term development, which include an extra fifty euro bonus for every new division you successfully establish, opportunities to share revenue generated through league operations and the prospect of later performance based bonuses as your national competition becomes larger and more active.

The profile of the ideal Region Leader
We are looking for passionate community leaders who are reliable and professional in their conduct and who possess the ambition to grow an organized, resilient competition over multiple years.
The ideal candidate is able to communicate clearly with clubs and players, to manage schedules and disputes with fairness and to nurture community engagement online. While prior experience running a league is not required, we value consistency, transparency and a willingness to learn and to work hand in hand with our international staff to implement best practices and to scale the competition responsibly.
